Job Role : New Product Development Engineer
Work Location : Sawardari, Maharashtra 410507
Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production) only
Experience :  Min 3 years & Max 5 years
Industry : Sheet Metal / Stamping / BIW Manufacturing Industry with Welding & Powder coating background

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge about PTR .
• Good knowledge about PPAP Document Preparation (Min Level 3) & Review.
• Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T
• Rejection Analysis and improvement.
• Should be willing to visit customer or supplier location as per requirement
• Experience in Product i.e. Sheet Metal / Stamping Part inspection (Visual & Dimensional).
• Good knowledge of Stamping defects / welding defects / paining defects /Coating defects.
• Hands-on experience in measuring instruments handling like (Vernier , Micrometer, Height Gauge, Attribute gauges, Air gauges, TPG etc.)
• Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.
• Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.
• Supplier documents review & communication
• Good written & verbal communication skills

• Aggressive Attitude.
• Willing to stay near the plant location.
• Medically fitness mandatory.
• Work Discipline (Safety, Quality).
• Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Project Leader

Monthly CTC : 25000/- Rs to 30000/-
Monthly In Hand Salary : 20000/-Rs to 25000/-Rs

Working Days : 6
Working Hours : 8:30 Hrs (Excluding Breaks)
Shift : Rotational Shift
Weekly Off : Sunday

Attendance bonus: For 100% attendance you will get 500/- Rs attendance bonus every month.
