Job Role : Quality Inspector (Quality Associate)

Work Location : Peravallur, Durainallur, Tamil Nadu 601101

Education : Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production) only

Experience :  Experience candidate in the Product Quality inspection Min 2 year

Industry : Automobile & Electrical components 

Responsibilities

• Experience in Product inspection (Visual & Dimensional).
• Hands of experience on Layout Inspection (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in measuring instruments handling like (Vernier , Micrometre, Height Gauge, Attribute gauges, Air gauges, Surface roughness etc.)
• Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.
• Depth understanding of Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.
• Basic understanding of CMM Inspection / report.
• Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.
• Good written & verbal communication skills

Other Requirement

• Aggressive Attitude;
• Willing to stay near the plant location.
• Medically fitness mandatory
• Work Discipline (Safety; Quality);
• Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Project Leader

Monthly CTC : 21000/- Rs to 22000/-Rs

In Hand Salary : 16000/-Rs to 18000/-Rs

Transport : Not Available.

Working Days : 6

Working Hours : 8:30 Hrs (Including Breaks)

Shift : Rotational Shift

Weekly Off : Weekly one day as per shift schedule

 Attendance bonus: For 100% attendance you will get 500/- Rs attendance bonus every month.
