• Catalydd carried out the Suppliers assessment in terms of Infra structure & systems as per VDA 6.3 standard
• Catalydd helped to close the Gaps/ NC found in audit by extensive trainings & support
• Catalydd installed a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.
• Our engineers studied the process required to manufacture the part & also assembly installation in details
• We have carried out reviews of checking fixture, tools & implemented CAPA & 8D
• Desired results were achieved as per Quality Norms.
• PPAP was conducted & signed-off as per AIAG norms for all components

Results

1. Identified 24 suppliers in Acceptable zone
2. Another 11 suppliers are Conditionally Accepted.
